Programs

Three shapes, one curriculum

Which one fits depends on a single question: will the people in the room be building, or deciding?

For builders

Private Founder AI Sprint

Engineering, product and innovation teams who will build

The public 4-week curriculum, run privately for one company and re-pointed at your own systems and use cases. Teams leave having built something against their own data rather than a toy example.

  • Agents, automations and RAG on your stack
  • Scoping that survives your real constraints
  • Capstone reviewed against your roadmap
For deciders

The AI Boardroom

Leadership teams deciding where AI belongs in the P&L

A private executive program: map AI opportunities across your business functions, evaluate vendors with confidence, and leave with a one-page roadmap your board can act on.

  • Build vs. buy vs. wait, as a decision framework
  • Real cost and ROI — TCO, vendor evaluation, budgeting
  • Governance and risk without the fear-mongering
For campuses

Campus Gen AI Programs

Universities and institutions running cohorts for students

Build-first Gen AI programs delivered on campus or online, structured around projects students finish rather than lectures they attend.

  • Project-based, assessed on what gets built
  • Curriculum drawn from production work, not textbooks
  • In-person or online cohorts

What teams ask first

What group sizes do you run?

Typically 10–30 people for an executive program and up to around 40 for a build-focused cohort. Beyond that we split into parallel cohorts rather than lecturing a room, because the programs are hands-on and the value collapses at scale.

Do you deliver on-site?

Yes — on-site, online or hybrid. Our TCS engagement ran as a 30-day in-person intensive in Chennai; other programs run entirely online. Delivery mode is part of scoping, not a fixed constraint.

How is this different from a generic AI course?

The curriculum comes out of shipping AI products, not out of a content library. Teams build against their own systems during the program, and the people teaching it are the people who do this work commercially.

How does pricing work?

Corporate programs are scoped rather than sold per seat — team size, delivery mode, duration and how much of it is tailored to your context. Send an enquiry and we'll come back within one business day with a program brief you can share internally.

Can you train a team on a specific stack or tool?

Usually, yes. Most requests are some version of agents, RAG, evaluation, or AI-assisted development on a named stack. If it's outside what we work with commercially we'll say so rather than learn it on your budget.

Tell us the shape of it

Team size, who's in the room, and what you want different in two quarters. We'll come back with a brief you can forward.

Looking for the public cohort instead? See the Founder AI Sprint curriculum or compare the two programs.
