Founder AI Sprint vs The AI Boardroom
one is for building, one is for deciding

Both are live and taught by the same people. They answer different questions, and picking the wrong one wastes four weeks — so here is the honest split, including who each program is wrong for.

Questions we get asked

Can I do the Founder AI Sprint and The AI Boardroom both?

Yes, and a few companies do exactly that in sequence: the leadership team runs The AI Boardroom to decide where AI belongs, then sends the people who will actually build into the Founder AI Sprint. The roadmap from the first becomes the scoping input for the second.

I'm a technical founder. Is the Sprint too basic?

The Sprint is built for mixed cohorts. Non-technical founders build with no-code tooling and learn to scope and direct technical work; technical founders go deeper on the stack — agent orchestration, RAG, and evaluation. Both leave with the same capstone.

Can we run the Founder AI Sprint privately for our team?

Yes. The Sprint curriculum runs as a private cohort for a single company, which is how most of our corporate engagements start. That is scoped like The AI Boardroom rather than sold per seat.

What if we don't know which one we need?

Tell us what you're trying to change in the next two quarters and we'll say which fits — including saying neither, if that's the answer. Most of the time the deciding question is simply whether the people in the room will be building.
