Academy · Founder AI Sprint

The full curriculum
eight live sessions, four weeks, one blueprint

Every week ends with something you have actually made, not a folder of notes. Here is exactly what each session covers and what you walk out of it holding.

Week 1

Think in AI

A working mental model, and prompts that hold up in production

  • How LLMs actually work at founder level — tokens, context, why they confabulate, and what that means for what you can safely ship
  • Prompting for professional output: structure, examples, constraints, and why 'write me a…' fails in a product
  • Where AI genuinely creates value versus where it is decoration — the questions to ask before you build anything

You leave with A prompt library for your own use case, tested against real inputs

Week 2

Build Without Code

An agent running against your own data

  • Agents and automations: what an agent actually is, when a workflow beats one, and the tools that get you there without a codebase
  • RAG fundamentals — chunking, embeddings and retrieval explained by building one, so you can tell a retrieval problem from a model problem

You leave with A working agent or automation doing something real for you

Week 3

Scope a Real MVP

A scope you could hand to a developer tomorrow

  • Feature scoping and the 80/20 wall: which 20% of the product carries the validation, and how AI MVPs specifically get over-scoped
  • What an AI MVP actually costs in 2026 — inference, infrastructure, and the running costs founders forget until month three

You leave with A scoped, costed MVP definition with the assumptions written down

Week 4

Ship & Pitch

A blueprint, and the ability to direct the people who build it

  • Working with developers without getting burned: how to brief, what to check, and the questions that separate a good estimate from a bad one
  • Demo day — present your capstone to the cohort and get live feedback from the room and from us

You leave with Your validated AI MVP blueprint, presented and stress-tested

Practicalities

Before you apply

How much time does the Founder AI Sprint take per week?

Plan for 4–5 hours: two 90-minute live sessions plus 1–2 hours on your own project. Everything is recorded if you miss a session.

Do I need to be able to code to follow the curriculum?

No. Week 2 is built around no-code and low-code tooling, and non-technical founders complete the same capstone as technical ones. Technical founders go deeper on the stack in the same sessions.

What if I already have a product?

Weeks 2 and 3 map directly onto adding AI to an existing business. You use the sprint to scope your AI feature or automation instead of a from-scratch MVP.

What is the refund policy?

Full refund before the second live session, no questions asked. If the first week doesn't convince you, you shouldn't pay for the rest.

Not sure the Sprint is the right one? Compare it with The AI Boardroom, or see how this runs privately for a team.
