Full-stack SaaS products with user auth, billing, dashboards, and AI-powered features — built for founders who need to ship fast and start acquiring users.

Stripe integration, subscription management, usage-based billing, free trials, and upgrade/downgrade flows.
Real-time dashboards, data visualization, user analytics, and admin panels — built for the metrics that matter.
LLM integrations, AI-powered search, content generation, data analysis, and smart automation built into your SaaS.
RESTful APIs, webhook handlers, third-party integrations (Slack, email, CRMs), and API documentation.
CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, error tracking, automated backups, and cloud deployment on AWS, GCP, or Vercel.
We define your MVP scope, choose the tech stack, design the database schema, and create a build roadmap you approve.
Auth, core features, and database. You see a working demo by end of week 2. Weekly progress updates.
Billing integration, dashboards, third-party integrations, and UI polish. Testing and bug fixes.
Deployment, monitoring setup, documentation, and launch. 30 days of post-launch support included.
Most SaaS MVPs are rebuilt not because the features were wrong but because four structural choices were deferred. We make them explicitly, with you, in week one.
Row-level isolation in a shared database is right for most early SaaS: cheap, simple, and fast to query across tenants. Schema-per-tenant is right when a customer contractually requires their data physically separated. Retrofitting the second from the first is a migration nobody enjoys, so we ask which you need before writing the first table.
Plans, trials, proration, failed payments, dunning and the upgrade path all touch your data model. Adding Stripe in month four means rewriting the parts of your schema that assumed everyone was on one plan. We model billing at design time even when you launch with a single price.
Email and social login covers your first customers. The moment a larger buyer appears they will ask for SSO, roles and an audit log. We build the permission model so that conversation is a feature request rather than a rebuild.
If your product calls an LLM, your gross margin depends on token spend per user. We instrument that from the start and set ceilings, so you find out what a power user costs during the build rather than from an invoice.

What one founder reached post-launch on an AI SaaS build, off the back of a working product rather than a waitlist page.
100%
IP ownership
Repository, infrastructure and accounts are yours from handover. No licence, no per-seat fee on your own product.
Starter SaaS MVPs begin at $8K for core functionality (auth, single feature, basic dashboard). Full SaaS products with billing, multiple features, AI, and integrations start at $18K. Scoped individually based on your product.
Most SaaS MVPs ship in 4-8 weeks. Simple single-feature products can be ready in 2-3 weeks. Complex B2B SaaS with multiple user roles and integrations typically takes 6-8 weeks.
Typically: Next.js or React for frontend, Node.js or Python for backend, PostgreSQL for database, Redis for caching, Stripe for billing, and Vercel or AWS for hosting. We adapt based on your needs.
Yes — that's one of our strengths. We build AI-powered SaaS products with LLM integrations, RAG pipelines, AI-powered search, content generation, and more.
No. Most of our SaaS clients are non-technical founders. We handle all technical decisions and explain everything in plain English. You stay focused on the business.
You keep all of it. The repository, infrastructure configuration and every third-party account are in your name from the start, not transferred at the end. There is no licence to renew and no component of your product that only runs because we still have access.
Often, yes. We start with a two-week audit covering the data model, auth, billing integration and deployment path, and come back with an honest answer — including when the answer is that a rebuild is cheaper than the rescue. We have written about why that happens in The Vibe Coding Trap.
Only where it changes what the product can do. AI that summarises, routes, extracts or answers against your own data usually earns its cost; AI added because the category expects it usually does not, and it brings token spend, latency and a new class of failure with it. We will say so during scoping rather than after you have paid for it.
The MVP is built so the first scaling problems are ordinary ones — indexed queries, background jobs for anything slow, and a deployment that can run more than one instance. We do not pre-build for a scale you do not have, but we avoid the specific decisions that make growth expensive later, particularly around tenancy and billing.
